Pepper Steak
1 lb. beef; cut up 2 cloves of garlic 1 T. soy sauce 2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. water 1 c. green peppers; cut in pieces 1 c. onion; chopped 1/2 c. celery 1 T. corn starch (heaping) 1 c. water 2 fresh tomatoes
Brown beef pieces in oil. Add garlic. Add soy sauce and 1/4 c. water. Cook for about 45 minutes. Prepare vegetables. Add vegetables and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Stir in
corn starch and water (1c.) Add 2 bouillon. Add the tomatoes just before serving.
Serve over rice.
