Pan Eclairs
1 lg. box generic graham crackers 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding 8 oz. Cool Whip 2 pkgs. Choco-Bake 2 t. white Karo Syrup 3 T. margarine
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 3 T. milk 2 t. vanilla
Mix pudding less 1/2 c. milk. Fold in Cool Whip. In a 9 x 13 pan layer generic graham crackers then 1/2 pudding
mix, another layer of crackers and cover with remaining pudding mix. Place third layer of crackers on pudding mix. Then frost.
Frosting
Mix Choco-Bake, Karo Syrup, margarine, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over top layer of crackers. Let set 24 - 48 hours.
NOTE: Use generic graham crackers,
they get soft quicker and that's what you want.
